About the role
As an Automation Engineer, you build the infrastructure that connects the systems our clients already use, without forcing a full migration.
What you'll do
- Design and build automation workflows that connect CRMs, communication tools, and internal systems
- Own reliability: error handling, retries, and monitoring for every workflow in production
- Work with clients to translate manual, repetitive processes into automated systems
- Maintain and improve existing automations as client needs evolve
What we're looking for
- Hands-on experience with automation platforms such as n8n, Make, or Zapier
- Comfort working with APIs, webhooks, and structured and unstructured data
- A systems-thinking approach: you look for the root cause, not just the symptom
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client projects at once
Nice to have
- Experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot
- Basic scripting ability (Python or JavaScript)
- Prior experience in a B2B or agency environment
