About the role
As Social Media Growth Specialist, you build AutonomaLab's presence on social platforms with content that attracts builders, operators, and decision-makers.
What you'll do
- Plan and publish content on LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and other relevant channels
- Design growth experiments: formats, frequency, hooks, and distribution
- Monitor engagement, reach, and conversion metrics toward the site or forms
- Collaborate with marketing and design to maintain visual and tonal consistency
What we're looking for
- Experience managing B2B accounts on LinkedIn and at least one additional network
- Ability to write clear copy in Spanish and English
- Experimental mindset: test, measure, iterate
- Editorial judgment for a technical-business audience
Nice to have
- Experience with short-form video or motion graphics
- Knowledge of scheduling and social analytics tools
